Booking system update – improvements and next steps

Dear parents and students,
Since the launch of our new booking system, we have already corrected several important points. We would like to explain these improvements in detail, as some of you may have experienced these issues while others may not have noticed them at all.
🔧 1. Confirmation e-mails
At first, orders did not automatically generate a confirmation e-mail. This sometimes created uncertainty as to whether the booking or payment had been properly recorded. This issue has now been resolved: every order now automatically generates a clear confirmation e-mail sent immediately.
🔧 2. LuxTrust transactions
Until recently, some users saw a “0 €” amount displayed when validating their payment with LuxTrust. This was due to a communication issue between our website and LuxTrust: the transaction was validated correctly, but without showing the actual amount. This has now been fixed: the correct amount and order details are now transmitted and displayed.
🔧 3. Trial class management
Another early issue was that when someone was added for a single trial class, the system automatically blocked spots in all future classes, as if the student were already enrolled for the whole term. This meant classes could appear full when they actually weren’t. This error has been corrected: trial classes no longer block places for other students.
🔧 4. Booking buttons
If some of you still notice booking buttons that look less visible than others, this is only due to past trial classes still recorded in the system. We are progressively clearing these manually, and in the long run this issue will no longer occur.
📱 5. Drop-in option available
We have also finalized the drop-in option for fitness classes. From now on, you can choose between:
a regular term subscription,
or a class pass system with discounted rates, allowing you to book class by class.
🚀 What’s next?
A lot of positive progress has been made, but our roadmap is not yet complete. In the coming months, we plan to:
Add private classes into the system.
Offer regular workshops and special events.
Launch the mobile app (expected within 1–2 weeks), which will be clearer and more convenient than the website.
Allow teachers to share practice/review videos with students in specific classes.
Enable targeted communications directly through the system.
Gradually integrate room bookings through the app.
In summary: we have already corrected several key issues that affected the system at the beginning. The booking system is now much more stable and reliable, and we are progressing step by step towards an even more complete and user-friendly version.
