• Preparation and Decoration: Our instructor will prepare and decorate the room before the children arrive and prior to the start of the event. • 30-Minute Welcome Time: Parents drop off their children at the indicated time. • Dance/Animation Session: A fun dance class led by our instructor. • Regular Cleaning: Our staff will clean the room 30 minutes before the event and up to 2 hours after.Please note that the use of confetti or other items requiring deep cleaning will incur additional fees. • Table reservation at Memphis for the catering part: Drinks and food not included. Yes, but please note that the quality of the experience may diminish as the instructor may not be familiar with all the children. The choice of dance style may depend on the children’s interest, with hip-hop being a good alternative for non-dancers or boys.

Additional activities such as a bounce house and face painting are available but must be provided by our jazz, modern, and ballet instructor. Please coordinate with us if you wish to include these options.

The event is designed for children, not for parents. In general, only one or two parents (usually the organizers) are allowed to stay in order to avoid disrupting the children’s dynamic. It’s important to ensure they don’t feel watched so they can dance freely and without embarrassment. The second part of the birthday, at Memphis, allows parents to participate as well. A table for the parents can be reserved either together with the children or separately.

Yes, our photographer/videographer can capture special moments. Please specify your preferences, such as vertical format for stories or reels, or horizontal format for longer videos. You can also indicate which moments are most important to you.
