What is the event schedule for the birthday party?• Preparation and Decoration: Our teacher will prepare and decorate the room before the children arrive. • Arrival: Parents drop off their children at the specified time. • Dance/Entertainment Session: A dance class led by our instructors. • Party Time: Free period for eating cake, opening gifts, and playing. Additional booked activities like a bounce house or face painting will also occur during this time. • Regular Cleaning: Our staff conducts cleaning 30 minutes before the event and up to 2 hours after it. Note that confetti or items requiring extensive cleaning will incur additional fees.

What amenities and services do you provide for the party?• A table with a tablecloth for dining. • Benches for seating. • The dance studio with mirrors. • A changing area with a curtain divider. • Decorative garlands and colorful lighting. • A table for gifts. • Trained party staff for supervision and entertainment. • Regular cleaning to ensure a clean and safe environment.

What should parents bring to the party?• The birthday cake. • Beverages. • Cups, plates, and utensils. • A lighter for candle lighting. • A knife for cake cutting. • Any additional decorations desired.

Can we have a party with more than 12 children?Yes, but please note that the quality of the experience may diminish as the instructor may not be familiar with all the children. The choice of dance style may depend on the children’s interest, with hip-hop being a good alternative for non-dancers or boys.

What additional activities can be included in the party?Additional activities such as a bounce house and face painting are available but must be provided by our jazz, modern, and ballet instructor. Please coordinate with us if you wish to include these options.

Can parents stay during the party?The event is designed for children, not parents. Typically, only 1 or 2 parents (usually the organizers) are allowed to stay to avoid disrupting the children’s dynamics. There is a pub restaurant (the Memphis) and a sandwich shop with seating in the same building for parents to wait.

Can we have photography and videography services?Yes, our photographer/videographer can capture special moments. Please specify your preferences, such as vertical format for stories or reels, or horizontal format for longer videos. You can also indicate which moments are most important to you, as a one-hour photographer does not cover the entire 2 or 3-hour event.

What languages do the teachers speak?The language spoken depends on the teacher you choose. If this is important to you, please let us know in advance.
