• Preparation and Decoration:Our instructor will prepare and decorate the room before the children arrive and prior to the start of the event.

• 30-Minute Welcome Time:Parents drop off their children at the indicated time.

• Dance/Animation Session:A fun dance class led by our instructors.

• Free Time (depending on the package):A free period for opening gifts and playing. Any additional reserved activities, such as a bouncy castle or face painting (the face painting can also take place during cake time at Memphis), will also be held during this period.

• Regular Cleaning:Our staff will clean the room 30 minutes before the event and up to 2 hours after.Please note that the use of confetti or other items requiring deep cleaning will incur additional fees.

• Cake Cutting and Drinks:After the dance session, a table will be reserved for your group at Memphis.You may bring your own cake for cutting, and drinks will be at your own expense.If you prefer a dessert such as ice cream, churros, etc., Memphis can serve it à la carte with candles included. A dedicated space will be set aside for your celebration.

• The dance studio with mirrors.

• A table for gifts.

• Trained party staff for supervision and entertainment.

• Regular cleaning to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Yes, but please note that the quality of the experience may diminish as the instructor may not be familiar with all the children. The choice of dance style may depend on the children’s interest, with hip-hop being a good alternative for non-dancers or boys.

Additional activities such as a bounce house and face painting are available but must be provided by our jazz, modern, and ballet instructor. Please coordinate with us if you wish to include these options.

The event is designed for children, not for parents. In general, only one or two parents (usually the organizers) are allowed to stay in order to avoid disrupting the children’s dynamic. It’s important to ensure they don’t feel watched so they can dance freely and without embarrassment.

The second part of the birthday, with the cake at Memphis, allows parents to participate as well. A table for the parents can be reserved either together with the children or separately.

Yes, our photographer/videographer can capture special moments. Please specify your preferences, such as vertical format for stories or reels, or horizontal format for longer videos. You can also indicate which moments are most important to you, as a one-hour photographer does not cover the entire 2 or 3-hour event.
