New Subscriptions & Registration System 2025/2026 🎉

Dear students, dear parents,We are happy to announce that our new subscription system is now online and fully operational.

💳 Subscriptions & discounted rates

• Registrations for 2025/2026 are now open.

• Pricing remains progressive/discounted: the more weekly classes you take, the lower the price per class (as before).

• We no longer offer an "unlimited" plan, because with the addition of many new classes (Pilates, Yoga, etc.) and the limited spots in some groups, this option would not be viable. 👉 The good news is that you can now build your subscription flexibly while still benefiting from discounted rates.

  
  

🟡 Vouchers (missed classes)

• Vouchers for missed classes from 2024/2025 are now active ✅.

• We have already tested this, and it works correctly.

• To use your voucher:

  1. Send us your invoice from last year (WhatsApp is recommended for faster processing).

  2. Include the message you received or saw on the forum confirming the missed classes.

• We will then create a voucher based on your subscription level (1h, 2h, 3h/week, etc. and the number of missed classes).

• This voucher can be applied directly at checkout when paying for your new subscription.

  
  

🆕 Drop-ins (single classes)

• Drop-in classes will be available soon.

• We are finalizing the pricing structure and working with the programmers to allow certain classes to be booked either as part of a subscription or as a drop-in.

• We’ll keep you updated as soon as this is possible (or let you know if it cannot be implemented for specific classes).

  
  

🎯 Private lessons

• Private lessons will also be added to the system.

• They will work with lesson packs, offering discounted rates depending on the number of hours booked.

  
  

📝 Trial classes (current process mandatory)

For now, trial classes are still handled manually:

1. Create your profile on the new system (⚠️ it is not linked to the old website, so you need to create a new account).

2. Write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp with the student’s name and the class you wish to try.

3. We will then register you manually for that trial class.

   
   

📱 Upcoming mobile app

In the next few weeks, our system will also become a dedicated mobile app.It will provide:

• Targeted push notifications (by class/group) to receive important updates in real time,

• A central hub with all school information: classes, events, and communications,

• An interactive calendar including school holidays and days off, so you can check anytime whether your class is happening.

👉 We will encourage everyone to consult the calendar regularly to avoid confusion and make sure you never miss an update.

🧭 Website navigation (still improving)

• The menu is not yet organized as we would like; it will be restructured in the coming weeks (tabs, categories, etc.).

• Automatic e-mails (purchase confirmations, etc.) are not yet activated.

  • Your invoices are located in the Finance section (not “Purchases”).

  • Your enrolled classes appear in the Classes section.
