Here are all the informations about the show.
We will use this page to inform you about the show from the 23 rd May.Everytime a question will be asked by mail, we will answer here by updating what would be missing as information.
When is the show?
Saturday, May 23
What will be the schedule?
Rehearsal (without costumes)
9:00 AM: arrival of students
9:15–9:30 AM: class rehearsals according to the order defined in the line-up (which will be finalized once all information has been received)
→ Each class will go once for positioning and once with music
11:30 AM: run-through (entrances, positions, exits) + final rehearsal with all students, including the youngest ones
Then the children are going home until 16h
Show (with costumes)
4:00 PM: arrival of students
5:00 PM: start of the show
7:00 PM: end of the show

What kind of venue is it?
The show will take place in a high-quality amphitheatre featuring:
A large professional stage
Approximately 350 seated places in tiered stands
Full sound and lighting system with a dedicated technician
This venue offers excellent visibility for the audience and optimal backstage conditions for the dancers.
Additional information about the date
We are aware that this date may not be ideal for everyone. However, this decision is part of a long-term partnership with Lycée Vauban, a venue we already know and trust for its quality.
Our goal is to secure a consistent, high-standard location for our annual shows, allowing us to deliver a more professional, structured, and visually impactful experience each year.
This partnership will give us more flexibility in the future to select more convenient dates while maintaining a high level of production quality.
Who is in charge of the show organization?
Project Manager: Laura Di Ronco
She will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the show.
Photographer:
There will be a photographer and videographer to do create memories of the event. It will be done as a reportage for memories. It will be free.

Yes. This page will be regularly updated.

Could you let us know for Julia’s class if the children in the classes leading up to the show, will meet the other teachers who will be there on the day with the children, to help, so it will not be new faces for the first time on the day?
Do we also need to reserve seats? For the little ones wil they be on first and are they allowed to leave after they have performed?
