You enjoyed the trial class but can’t book it? Here’s what to do

Some students contact us after their trial class because they can’t find the “Book now” button in the schedule. Don’t worry: this is not a system error, it’s exactly how the booking platform is designed to work.

Why does the button disappear?

• Once a class has already taken place, it can no longer be booked.

• The “Book now” button disappears automatically to keep attendance lists accurate and up to date.

• This avoids confusion and ensures that bookings always match future classes, not past ones.

  
  

How to register after a trial?

If you enjoyed your trial class and want to continue, here’s what to do:

1. Open the calendar in our booking system.

2. Look for the same class, at the same time, but for the following week.

3. Click on that occurrence to complete your registration and confirm your subscription for the term.

   
   

A simple and logical system

• You can only book upcoming classes, never ones that have already passed.

• This ensures teachers always have precise attendance lists, without retroactive changes.

• Once you get used to it, you’ll see the system is both logical and easy to use.
