The outfits orders

In the spirit of transparency, we would like to provide an update on the status of orders and deliveries for the uniforms you have purchased from our online store.

We offered a gym bag for every order higher than 50€.

The leggings medium sizes are delayed . We started to create a stock to avoid the problem (it's for us a huge investment that's why we didnt do it yet) but we want to make it as smooth as possible for you. We are also currently working on improving the size diagnostic for shoes in order to make it easier for you.

We paid the post fee ourselves about the jueni shoes as they were not available to try so we consider our fault when people ordered the wrong size.

For all the other articles that were available to try , if a mistake is done it's not our responsability. We are taking care to send it back but the 2€ post fees are too the responsibility of the buyer.
